Practice Closure Announcement
Dear Patients and Community-at-Large,
We must sadly inform you that due to the recent untimely passing of Dr. Frances Dalton, her practice has been closed, effective June 15, 2023.
Dr. Dalton loved caring for her many thousands of local patients over the past 22+ years, especially in a ‘solo practice’ setting, which enabled her to deliver quality and attentive medical care tailored to the diverse community of people she serviced.
Concerning your own regular medical care, you will of course need to re-establish your primary medical care with another provider. A few resources to consider:
